--Tour Length: 2 hours all inclusiven--Difficulty: Easy to Moderate, depending on how much walking you would like to do. Once you book your tour we will send out a short survey to better assess your goals for the photo shoot tour and what you would like to try and capture. We can cater each tour to your specifications. --Tour Departure: We will meet at The Bend Tour Company in Downtown Bend, Oregon in the afternoon (we can work with you on best timing for the best lighting). We will meet up for some snacks and discuss the plan for the day. We will end back at the same place. --Guides: What sets our team apart, is no matter which guide you are matched with, all are expert published photographers are passionate about creating an tailored photographic experience for you. --Weather Conditions: Although Bend is notorious for 300 day of sunshine a year there are days where the weather is less than optimal. In most cases we can reroute to another location with better weather outlook for the day. Also keep in mind that inclement weather often results in some of the most dramatic and stunning photos! Just make sure you dress and prepare accordingly. --Food/Water: Other than a light snack at our meet up, we do not provide food on our outings. All participants should bring food/water to hold them through during the tour. We will have a cooler where you can store food and drink. --What to Wear: You should check the weather forecast prior to coming on the trip. We recommend always bringing layers. Also solid colors work well for photos and if you are in a group, if everyone is in the same color tone it usually unifies the pictures a little better. --Restroom Facilities: There are restrooms to use throughout Bend. --Cell Phones: Bring your cell phone along! They are great for capturing candid images. Note that cell service is limited during the drive. There are USB ports in our vehicles so bring a charging cable if you need one. --Group Size: 2-4 max - Private tour
